"Did not have time to use the hotel amenities Looks like building works taking place Housekeeping disappointing as marks on bed cover and shower not fully clean Surrounding area not great "

"Booked a suite. The best they had. Linen had not been charged. Pillow covers had oil stains. Floor had biscuit. No towel provided. Had to wait for a long time at the reception. They could find Expedia booking even after giving the Refrence number and payment receipt. Terrible experience "
