"The bedroom, breakfast options and morning staff were excellent. I really wanted to be able to give this property a positive review. However, after the room was cleaned on the second night, our bedroom door was left open and consequently not secure. There was no additional security between the bar and the bedroom so anybody could have just walked in. What made this worse was the attitude of the gentleman behind the bar who I spoke to about this. He was very dismissive and didn’t seem to think...

"Clean, with all basic amenities. Good parking which is very handy for looking around the town, and free for guests. Wi-fi worked ok. Shower a bit weak but adequate. Huge bed, which was nice but made it a squeeze to get into room. Staff friendly. Pub has pool, big screen TVs, cheap food - very busy in evening, which won’t suit everyone but not a problem for us. "

"Perfectly decent pub accommodation, in a separate building set back from the pub which is ideal in case is worried about noise. Fairly basic facilities (note no toiletries are provided) but a nice touch having a small fridge with free bottled water and proper milk for tea/coffee!"
