"The hotel is advertised as having AC, this was a key element in my decision to book this hotel. Apparently they turn it off when it gets cold, according to them and other guests should just open the windows. We were promised that the hotel manager would contact us as we complained about it. "I loved my stay (second time) at this beautiful and genteel property. It isn’t your fault but my neighbors were having extremely loud sex in the wee hours of the morning. I thought the woman was being murdered at first. It went on and on and on. Other than that everything was peaceful and serene. I think she was having a wonderful time.
