"Eine gelungene Hotelgestaltung, wenngleich etwas verwinkelt, aber doch sehr gemütlich und in unerwartet praktischer Lage inmitten von Friedrichshafen unweit fußläufig zur Uferpromenade. Feine Sauna. (Leider konnten wir den ersehnten Saunagang nicht verwirklichen, da ein Hotelgast unmittelbar zuvor innerhalb der Saunakammer eine Zigarette (!) rauchen musste und die Asche auf der Holzliegefläche abwarf). "A family of four, we stayed in one of the junior suites, with a queen bed and a converted sofa bed. The room was very spacious, had large closet space, and the bath came with double sinks. The room had floor-to-ceiling windows with an absolutely breathtaking view over the Bodensee. "Such a beautiful hotel with lovely reception staff. We booked a junior suite which had a great view of the gardens and lake. Breakfast was amazing with so much choice. Comfortable large bed. Great food in the restaurant in the evening. Very close to the ferry and lots of restaurants. 10 minute walk to the train station. Lots of options for walks along the lake to other towns and can get the bus or train back. Would definitely recommend staying in Uberlingen and this lovely hotel. "

"The breakfast buffet was great. It was included and was a nice surprise. Nice staff. Cleanest hotel I have ever been too. Quite a distance from Zurich but doable with a taxi. This hotel was worth every penny. The apartment suites are amazing! Would definitely come back. "

"There was a huge New Year's Eve party with a band playing until the early AM hours one floor below our room. The property never mentioned this when booking of when checking in. When I asked to have just that one night refunded, the property refused and said it was my fault. They should have asked to be moved to another building in the middle of the night. "The hotel was not clean. The breakfast had hair in it TWICE. Room service was awful. The internet was broken for 4 days. There is NO pool and NO spa service on the premises (you have to call a number external to the hotel and book yourself. I would not spend 30€ per night on this hotel."
