"This stay was great, we were only here for one night for an event in Stuttgart before travelling back to Essen but it was perfect for what we needed. We arrived early and checked in early, sat in the lovely bar downstairs before heading into the city. Easy transport links from the city out to the hotel made this stay even better. If ever planning a trip to Stuttgart again, we would definitely consider staying here in Ludwigsburg and travelling in and out."

Good value for the price. 10 mins walk from the main train station, close to a shopping mall with Starbucks and other food options. Its great that a hotel renovated but didn't rip out the original fittings but instead restored everything The bar is very special original design. "The property and rooms are beautiful, the only criticisms is that the air conditioning was useless. Given the outside temperature was only 26c or so, the rooms were roasting hot and the tiny a/c unit totally ineffective. Would not return unless this was improved. Also the swimming pool was freezing despite being told that it was heated."

"A lovely hotel in the centre of Heilbronn. Nice, clean room. All the amenities I needed, possibly another bottle or water and coffee machine would have made it even better. Spa area was superb. I'd have eaten in the restaurant if it hadn't shut early (8 pm). Very good. Would stay again."

"Design of bedrooms was well done; evening meal in restaurant was delicious and the service exceptional. One criticism was you had to have the full breakfast … we do not eat breakfast after such an evening meal. Only coffee but this seemed problematic as menu price was lower than what we were billed. Reservation desk did their best to resolve somewhat."
