"The stay was mostly OK, but there are a few issues. The hotel keeps mentioning again and again soundproofing in the description of the rooms and amenities, which is one of the reasons I chose this hotel. Unfortunately I found no proof whatsoever that this claimed "soundproofing" actually exists. "Staff was very nice allowed us having dinner after close time at 8PM. However, we travelled for business and this is not a right choice for it. I booked 5 weeks in advanced and got a disabled room with explanation this is the only available room. After several discussion with receptionist they change the room for me, but at first glance they don't have any other room. The 2nd room I got was much bigger, but heating system was generating noise so had to turn it off. room was very cold then....
