"I enjoyed my stay, it was quite for the most part however the weekend I stayed was the Spring Nats so there was a lot of loud neighbours late at night and earlier morning. I can't speak for the other rooms but I stayed in a double and it it smelled clean, the sheets and bed where comfortable. It had been refurbished in recent years however it is in need of a touch up and a really good dust. "This is a very well designed townhouse, with spacious bedrooms, ample storage, well appointed, attractive and functional throughout. The location is excellent, with walking access to the lake, foreshore, bbqs, playground, waterpark, cycleways etc. Walk to the impressive SAM arts complex with cafe. "Ah, the serenity…. set well back from the road amongst expansive gardens this was the best property we stayed at during our Murray golf trip. James and Donna were great hosts and little things like a bottle of red on arrival, fresh bread, eggs and milk made this standout. "Room was lovely and clean. And staff were helpful, however check in and check out was off site up the road, as was the dining area for the included breakfast. Felt like this was not clear on the listing. Air con did not work well either. "

"This motel was set in lovely shaded secluded grounds with a family of Peacocks the only other guests we encounter. The town was not far away and had all shopping you needed. A highly recommended establishment on the Murray River."
