"Great location and facilities. It was my birthday and I appreciated the bottle of bubbly in my room. The cleaning staff were were very friendly. The indoor pool was lovely. The only problem was that we booked the hotel because it had a spa but the hotel did not inform us beforehand that it was closed during the two days that we were there. That was very disappointing. "The perdon who checked me in was not particularly helpful, however the person who chrcked me out was rude! I asked for a taxi to the bus station, she hesitated, then called one taxi who said he was busy, she did not adk for how long. She hung up and then tried to convince me the bus did not go where I wanted to go. I knew better, butshe thought I was wrong and eventually just walked away from me. "This Paradore is very very dated in its decor and furniture. The pool area is not looked after with dead grass in many places on the lawn through non watering. The chairs and tables on its outside terrace were of very low quality as were the sun beds around the pool. There were obviously not enough staff on duty with long delays waiting to be served at the bar. The breakfast serving was very chaotic with no hot buffet and long waits for the chef to arrive to cook hot dishes. We won’t visit this...

"Run…don’t walk. Run away from this property. The pictures don’t represent this property. Not dirty. Dark. Old. Vinyl furniture. The ‘cafeteria’ and that’s what is ridiculously crowded. The property is sandwiched between refineries and camping grounds. 2 stars maybe…4 is offensive. We left. Didn’t stay. Didn’t get our money back, don’t care. Managers have dealt with this situation before - clearly. They were dealing with another couple when we left. Terrible. You’ve been warned. "
