"I booked through Hotels.com, when I arrived there was no record of my booking. Eventually I was given a room. The room was cold and i was offered a fan heater. There was no hot water. The restaurant was closing early, and the menu was very limited with lots of items not available. I was booked in for a 4-night stay but i only lasted 1 night. I will not use this hotel again and do not recommend anyone staying there."

"WiFi didn’t work. I checked in right after 3pm on Thursday, reported the issue within an hour, and it still wasn’t resolved the next day after multiple messages to property management. I had to go buy a separate WiFi package. Property management is prompt to respond with polite messages but it doesn’t appear that they have anyone onsite to fix any issues. It seems like they only have one key, and they did offer for a technician to come in next day, but I needed WiFi way before then, and it...
