"I had booked a room for a weekend for a family member to enjoy their birthday and he was blown away by the experience/guest experience. The space is beautiful and looks like paradise, the food is excellent, very clean space including the bathrooms and the highlight of it all was the friendly staff. They were extremely helpful and kind providing many things to do while visiting. Would definitely recommend for anyone passing by for a stay! "

"We had a lovely one night stay at Ferncliff, it was just lovely and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend as a very well run ‘b&b’ type hotel but much more luxurious. Bernard in particular was fantastic, especially his cooking — we had both dinner and breakfast there. Very glad we chose this over the ‘grand hotel’ in the end. "

"Sehr schönes Hotel in einer alten Teefabrik. Herausragend war die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Das Essen war herrvorragend und die Zimmer sehr sauber. Wir bekamen eine Führung in der Teefabrik wo uns der Teeprozess erklärt und gezeigt wurde. Auch eine Wanderung wurde angeboten. Alles in allem nur zu empfehlen!! Bei der Hinfahrt ist es besser nach dem Weg zu fragen. Google maps führt woanders hin. "

They charged us for every moment. We order a room for 2 adults and a kid, we got a small queen bed for 3 of us, when we asked for extra bed, they charged us 15$ per night, when we lost a card key, they charged us for a 1000r...the toilet stopped working for 3 times.. the most strange thing was at the day we left , they...
