" well we had a big problem with non-handicap room, room was below the parking lot then stairs, we did get him in room first night, but the staff accommodated us to move to handicap room on parking level with no stairs, Another issue is the beautiful pool area, no matter how you access it there are two sets of 4-5 stairs no wheelchair, or walker access, it does have pool lift but it was broken,My brother came to visit so we just lifted our son to get in and out of the pool,Again staff tried there...

"The hotel was great. The only 2 issues we had were 1) the Heater in the rooms were insanely loud. When turned on via the thermostat it blew extremely high powered cold and hot air at the same time. We changed it to auto which blew the correct temperature air, but the machine kicking on and off woke us multiple times. "There was ice all over the front porch to get in to check in. The tub was dirty plus the thing to switch from tub to shower was broke. Couldn’t have breakfast because it was in the office that did not open until 9 or 10 am. "

"My family and I stayed here over the Christmas Holiday. It is conveniently located just off the highway and next to downtown Manchester. The rooms were extremely clean and well organized. The Technology in the rooms were on point and easy to use. I loved that I could watch my own Netflix. Every part of the hotel I saw was extremely clean. "It was a perfect location! In town and since it was December was quiet, you can walk to anything you need. Coffee shop, thrift/antique shops, smoothie bar, tattoo shop, multiple little restaurants and local shops, a cute little vinyl bar. About 20 minutes from Meredith which is another cute little town. The staff was great! Would definitely recommend!"
