The only thing where the renovations is taking place which made it a little bit ugly at the entrance and by the Jacuzzi, we were not worn at the time of making the reservation that there would be renovations taking place. We check in late at the place and we enter, the door going to the patio was broken and anyone could had gotten inside. I called the emergency maintenance multiple times so that they could fix the door, but no answer. So we ended up...
