"I came there for a convention and the overall cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff was great. There were a few things about the room, that were more annoyances that they'll probably get fixed, like the toilet running continuously and the refrigerator making noise. The thing that was pretty terrible that the hotel may not have any control over was the poor service at the hotel restaurant. It just seemed understaffed and just kind of lackadaisical waitstaff. "This place was super convenient for a concert, and it is walking distance to great places to check out. The staff were amazing, but there were too few of them to manage a busy night, and maintenance on the rooms was lacking. I would still recommend this place because it was clean and had lovely people working under tough conditions. "

"Upon getting to the property, we realized that there wasn't onsite parking. We drove around for quite awhile to figure that out. The front desk workers suggested valet (way too expensive). I feel that we were just there to pay them money. There wasn't any type of welcoming feeling there."
