"We arrived at 2:30 for 3pm checkin and our room was not ready til 4:40pm. Multiple trips and queuing at reception to enquire if the room was ready. The heat in the hotel was unbearable in public areas even with windows open. The amount of flowers stinking the place out suggested to me that it’s trying to hide another smell. 3 times I asked different members of staff for milk for my coffee at breakfast, By time it came everything was cold. "Fabulous stay in a lovely suite with very comfortable facilities and bed. The sitting area could do with some more glassed etc and since there is a fridge, some fresh milk? Excellent food and service in the restaurant. First impression on arrival is so cosy and warm due to the lovely festive decorations. Staff are super friendly too. "
