"A wonderful experience. Parking is convenient and reasonable for a downtown location. The property is close to the Kohl Center, which is a three-minute walk away. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the shower amazing."

"This is a gem! Lovely property with great lake and capitol views, friendly staff and close to good restaurants. The lobby bar is welcoming and we enjoyed a great breakfast in the restaurant. 10/10 for a business stay or a fun Madison weekend."

"This is a fabulous location. The building is beautiful. The beds are cozy and the units have all the amenities one would need. Absolutely fabulous! The only complaint is communication is lacking In the weekends if booking or having issues. M-Friday the text communication is great. I’m having an issue with my unit. And they are telling they are fully booked. Yet I’m physically here and only a few people are in the third floor! I’m staying here long term so I don’t appreciate the mis information I’m being given. The units Split unit for the heat / air sounds like gurgling all night long and is impossible to sleep. And I have a non functioning garbage disposal . However the main concern is the chronic annoying chronic noise from the split unit. And the un willingness to switch units even though the place is not full. Two other studios mentioned the same gurgling in the walls at coffee this morning . The people who you’re communicating with are off site. Again non-Friday they are helpful. Not so much the weekend staff. They mentioned maintenance Will look at it. But again , it was possible to Switch units on the third floor, they are not fully Booked. It seemed a lack of knowledge on how to do so or unwillingness ? Other than this noise issue. The place is the best Great."
