"The staff were freindly and helpful, our roo. Was large, clean and comfortable with air-conditioning. The hotel was on the outskirts of Vienna ehich is normally serviced by a direct train and easy to get to, unfortunatelythere were works on the line duringour stay, but this is nothing to do with the hotel. Its opposite a large shopping park that is on foot. Overall we were satisfied with our stay."

"It was a beautiful hotel until they had no air conditioning and the bed was so old and bad to sleep we sweat all night and the front desk didn’t care at all I would never recommend this hotel we stay one day book 3 day they refuse to give us our money back when I told them the room is to hit yo sleep and no dark curtain the light wake you up "

"An excellent option if you have a rental car and use as a hub. Metro station is 15 minutes away and can use the park and ride garage, alternately you can drive into Vienna in about 30 minutes but risk hitting traffic and paying more for parking. Food at the hotel was real good. "

No air conditioning, we couldn’t even open the window because of huge black bugs. Safe in the room was out of order ( probably low battery). Fridge cabinet was empty. Nice hotel but weak management. "Super convenient when needing a place to stay close to St. Josef Krankenhaus Wien. Bakeries and restaurants nearby are super convenient. Only improvements would be: * add a hot water kettle and coffee/tea option to the room to increase convenience. * fix the safe in the room so it is actually working. I think ours was missing batteries for power. * increase the size of the safe in the room, it isn't big enough to hold a laptop for business travellers."
