Unfortunately the room was very cold 16 degrees and we had to use our winter coats inside all day - everything in the room was cold. On the second day we reach 18 degrees and 20 at the 3. day. Reception was particularly welcoming and helpful with our special requests and even managed to sort out a spa treatment at the last minute.
