The breakfast staff are a little surly but efficient. The food from the restaurant is limited but very tasty and the server at dinner is always welcoming and friendly "

One of them was not cleaned on arrival and, in spite of promising to fix this soonest, we returned four hours later (ready for bed) to find nothing had been done about it. In my own room, the sheets were stained. The receptionists on the evening shift seemed like they both started that day, couldn't understand the most basic of instructions, generally looked shell-shocked, stressed and out-of-their depth. decent staff in the morning and in the kitchen but we stayed...

"Probably the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. Currently trying to find a similar matress to upgrade our bed at home. Beautiful rooms, very spacious and cozy vibe. The whole area is lovely, and we got a room with a view over large pond/small lake. Fantastic service from the staff, and incredibly friendly. We didnt get a chance to try the breakfast or dinner at the restaurant, but hoping well be able to next time we stay."

"Second visit to this hotel, it’s been refurbished the rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. Breakfast is excellent, great stop off point for travelling back to the UK. Only small gripe is why shower curtains, hate them 😀. Super comfortable beds."
