"The location is centrally located if you want to see the really busy Dhaka, near the market. It's not posh, but the room is big, spacious, comfortable, and has all the amenities. The excellent staff is polite and attentive at reception, restaurants, and transportation. They are eager to help and take good care of you. The only thing I reported was some leakage in the bathroom after taking a shower, which they cleaned immediately but need to fix. Still, it didn't affect my visit. I would stay...

"Reliable hotel, staffs are very friendly, food is made in the hotel as ordered and good quality, they can pick you up from airport or drop off. Also if you need taxi to go to another place, they can arrange it. The room I stayed in was good. It has belcony, cable TV, hot & cold water etc. "

But they claim to charge extra for pool usually, and the pool area has no privacy or maintenance, or a place to relax, it's dirty too and people from neighborhood buildings keeps starring, which is quite uncomfortable. They don't have room service after 4 / 5 pm, which can also be inconvenient. And have told us "no guests will be allowed to visit" even after taking a suite.
