"Tamarind...is ALWAYS topnotch. There was an issue this visit with my reservation, but the hotel addressed it appropriately with alternate accommodation...that was ok, but not up to the quality of TT. Upon my return the TV did not work in my room, which was disappointing. "

"My stay here was pretty good. The area surrounding the hotel is not the best looking but it turned out alright. The rooms are actually pretty decent. I saw a couple small roaches but I did have dinner in the room so there's that. There is no hot water, which was my biggest issue. There's also a lot of noise from seemingly long-term residents. The staff were nice and very accommodating with late checkout. If not for the lack of hot water, i would stay here again. "
