The staff went above and beyond for us (upgraded our room for free, left flowers and champagne in the room a sweet note) and were consistently kind, attentive, and overall pleasant to interact with. You could tell the employees really care about providing good service. The hotel was clean, easy to get around, and located in a superb location (walking distance to pretty much everything)....

"Clean, quiet, with a comfortable bed. I enjoyed coming back every evening. The bathroom was spacious and it had a good shower, too. I have to say that the staff were super helpful, too. It's slightly awkward since the tram stop isn't running outside the hotel, but coming from London it wasn't a problem for me. Also there's no much going on outside the hotel.
