"Good Hotel for Family vacation. Alles was man braucht, kein Lärm durch die Autobahn. Kritikpunkt ist das Mittagessen, welches nur von 13-15uhr angeboten wurde für Kinder sehr spät. Es wurde deutlich das an Personalkosten gespart wird. Keine direkten Wanderwege neben dem Hotel sondern Schnellstraße und Parkplatz. In Summe Preis Leistung super."

"We have been to a lot of hotels during our travels in Europe and this is one of our favorite hotels. It’s quirky, clean, great location, good service, delicious free breakfast, they give you towels and bathrobes to use in the mineral bath (only a 5 minute walk), friendly staff and provided discounts for the gondola and mineral bath. I would definitely recommend it to everyone!"

Breakfast and dinners in restaurant are diverse and of excellent quality. "Große (Ent)täuschung! Aus zwei Gründen: 1) Wir hatten ein 4 Personen Apartment gebucht. Es waren aber lediglich zwei Zimmer, keine Kochnische, kein Kühlschrank, auch kein Balkon. Das dürfte nicht als Apartment angeboten werden! 2) Wellnessbereich (Pool und Sauna) war nicht in gebuchten Preise inkludiert, musste extra bezahlt werden. Es müsste beim Buchen angezeigt werden, wenn der Wellnessbereich in einen 4* Hotel nicht inkludiert ist. Außerdem weist das Hotel große Instandhaltungsmängel auf...

"The hotel is in a lovely spot. We booked a room with the mountain view but enjoyed a fantastic view of the lake while eating a delicious breakfast. You could describe the room as modern classy, comfortable bed, nice lighting gadgets and a spacious shower. The staff was incredibly friendly during our check in and check out. We even got a small gift for our departure. While we did not use it, there is also a Tesla destination charger. Overall, highly recommend the hotel! "
