"Comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Well located for ferry port and train station, with tram to both for the less energetic. I checked in late Sunday afternoon which meant reception was not staffed, but intercom provided all information to get in and access key card. Very comfortable bed and perfect pillows. Shower was small, but then I'm quite large! Water temperature regulation was very sensitive. Overall a good stop over"

"The gem of this hotel is the rooftop restaurant. We had no idea it was there, but upon arriving learned of it. The staff is wonderful and the views, especially at sunset, were spectacular. Stay here just for that - or come over from your hotel for the restaurant. Terrific location and helpful staff. The room is a bit dated, but definitely adequate. "

"Staying at Villa Pulejo is a unique experience in like staying in a historical masterpiece. The facilities were modernized but you can still visualize the grandeur this mansion was built for. Walking around the grounds we found treasures like the centuries old magnolia trees, meticulously kept garden and the original horse stable. Staff went above and beyond without smothering you. Fruits came from groves on property. We will cherish memories made during our 9 days stay. "

But we loved the easy access to a clean beach, the super comfy canopy bed, the well functioning AC, the pleasant staff and good breakfast mix of sweet and savory (tilting in typical Italian fashion to the sweet). "Stayed here for one night. Grounds are very pretty and hotel is based on the side of quite a steep hill so quite a lot of stairs and ramps. There are some lifts to parts of property but not all and they are in odd locations, for example one led to a pitch black banquet hall that you needed to pass through.
