Convention checking out at 3pm while new arrivals are checking in. Parking was a clown show. The lift (get's you to get the town level for the beach, shopping, restaurants etc. was out of service. Water to the town / hotel was off between 8 PM and 9 AM one night. Bad timing for us I guess - but it's a beautiful spot with...

" Beautiful hotel offering everything I needed. It is well located a 4 minute walk from the train station, and a qui k stroll to the centre of town. Friendly and helpful staff, clean and quiet. Coffee is very good and breakfast acceptable but certainly not exceptional. Would stay here agin without thinking about it."

"It was the most terrible experience during our trip around Europe. This “villa” is not only dilapidated, creepy and damp, but also very dirty! Grey towels, garbage bin was full, no amenities at all, no basics as shampoo or soap. And cherry on top - insects in the room and a huge spider on the wall, that made us afraid to sleep at night. The “breakfast” consists of a few buns and some yogurt, there were no healthy alternatives. Don’t choose this hotel!!!! "

"Very very near to servalle outlet. Beautiful place to stay. Wake up and seeing nice villa with green grassland next to a golf course. Room and toilet are big, cozy and clean. Staff are very helpful. Easy self parking at the Carpark next to villa. The only thing I need to say is the cappuccino at their restaurant in the evening which I believe they made it wrong and should have it returned. Anyway their tasting menu is good and worth to try. "

"Most amazing meals! Great value! The hair dryer and electric outlets were not great but we managed. Staff is so friendly and accommodating. Very clean considering it's age. The wine list is out of this world. Top notch Chef Carlo wears tons of hats with total elegance. He is a fantastic sommelier, host, chef, bell hop, concierge etc etc. Such fabulous personal service. It was a real treat!"

The hotel has pedal assist (electric) bikes available to hire - highly recommended a couple of hours enjoying the stunning scenery on these. Or simply grab yourself a bottle of Gavi and enjoy the spectacular gardens and views. Restaurant very good too. "
