"The hotel is set back from the busy highway so heard no traffic noise at all. Just over a 5 minute walk to the Highett station which has great train service to the city in just over 30 minutes. Woolworths and good local shops opposite the station. 15 minute walk to the Southland mall which has all the shops you could wish for. Room was a good size, stayed 5 nights and slept well throughout. "

"Great place to stay, just enough distance from Frankston central but walkable distance. 3rd floor apartments might not be suitable who find walking up stairs but great view for others. Sophie at reception was wonderful as well, cheerful and professional "

"The property itself was lovely and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was really nice and cosy, and had everything we needed - a proper kitchen for cooking, a coffee machine, a modern bathroom, and a private outdoor courtyard for relaxing or having a meal. The restaurant connected to the resort was really nice also and had a great happy hour. It would be amazing if they served breakfast too! We didn’t use the pool so can’t comment on that.
