"We enjoyed our stay, clean and comfy room, nice restaurant and friendly staff. However like much of Europe, no AC and the room was hot. Said it was still winter so only heat would work. Shouldn't advertise that they have AC, we even filtered for that on our hotel selection to make sure we had AC. The hotel online also advertised they had a bar and it was closed the whole time, the restaurant wasn't always open to be able to get a drink."

As we were only staying for one night, more than ample for our needs. Not much to see on a walk before dinner, narrow pavements around the town but safe enough in the area. "The young lady who checked us (we didn't get her name) was absolutely fantastic. She was enthusiastic, extremely polite and patient. She was more than helpful. She is a big asset to the hotel. The room was large, and very comfortable. I would definitely return to this hotel on my next trip to Toledo. Bravo!"

"Estuvimos de viernes a domingo. El alojamiento es prácticamente nuevo, muy completo ( toallas, almohadas, menaje de cocina...) nos encantó la decoración y lo cuidado y limpio que estaba todo. Parking con acceso mediante ascensor. Muy cerca de todo el centro histórico, perfecto para pasar unos días por Toledo."
