"The rooms are very big. The cimplex is HUGE. I was looking forward to a swim in the indoor pool, as advertised. But there isnt a swimming pool. There is an enormous thermal mineral spa (1000m) on site that people travel here to use. The hotel charge €37 to go in. But on a saturday you have to pre book and it was full. Also, the hotel website advertise a room, including dinner and entry to the thermal spa for same as we paid via expedia, for just a room!!!"

"Beautiful hotel and surrounding area. Stayed a couple of nights and only booked the room with no meals. Tortosa centre wasn’t too far so it was nice to walk into the town centre and enjoy the area and restaurants there."

"We had a garden suite, with a terrace overlooking rhe vineyards. The suite was very large and quite comfortable, beautiful design throughout the room and the entire hotel. The outdoor pool was long and gorgeous, but not heated and therefore not usable in mid November with high temperatues in the upper 50s F. "There was a problem at check in - I had to send and resend the confirmation from Expedia. The room was run down and dimly lit, and the bathroom door didn't close. We were tired from a long trip, and thought we might eat at the hotel restaurant. We went to check it out and were met by a very rude waitress who told us to "Get out!". We said we knew they were not open yet (we were half an hour early) but wanted to have a look and possibly see a menu. "You can't see a menu. Get out!", she snarled....

"What a beautiful stay just off the freeway. Excellent hospitality and location. Definitely stay for breakfast as it is a family feel with traditional fresh food. We were so pleased. We even brought our large dog. Next time we will call ahead but they were very understanding. Only the beds were a bit stiff otherwise we would go back. Thank you. "
