"The hotel respected all my expectation. The internal structure in wood gives you a sensation of heat and makes you feel good. The room is spacious and clean, the breakfast is rich and with good varieties, the staff is very kind and professional. The restaurant is good with excellent dishes. We also went to sauna which although is small is good. Since I skied, I had a private shuttles service from the hotel to the cable way. I hope to come back!"

"Beautiful, traditional hotel with very attentive staff, exceptional food & great position within Champoluc for ski lifts (5 mins walk). Needed feather pillows & duvet in room which staff sorted out immediately. Every night (part of half board) we were given an exceptional 4 course dinner. The communal parts of hotel are very comfortable & somewhere you want to spend time after a day skiing. "Loved everything about this place. - loads of free parking spaces - decor and general ambience were excellent - rooms were very clean and plenty big enough - on site bar - breakfast was very good, choice of everything - best bit was the staff. All extremely friendly and helpful. It really did feel like a family run place. - views from the lounge and outdoor terrace were very impressive. Can only give it 10/10"
