We felt like the only guests at Villa Sabolini. We have to agree with the others that the food is top notch. We ate lunches and dinners many days and found the experiences delicious. The location of you want to explore Tuscany is perfect as it is central if you’re looking to visit Cortona or Pisa or Florence. "

"The air conditioning was very poor, the room was like a sauna, we had to get up at 2am and open the door as it was too hot to sleep. No window in the room to let air in. The rest of the property was fantastic, the restaurant food excellent too."
