"I stayed in a two-bedroom apartment. Overall, the apartment deserves a good rating, but there are a few things that need to be addressed. The cleaning of the room requires improvement, when I checked in I found a paper cup under the bed in the bedroom, the next day, after cleaning the room, the cup was still under the bed, and it was so close to the edge that I didn’t even have to bend down to see it. "Rooms are spacious, clean and refreshed everyday. The location/ambience was nice and serene. Not far from Modena city centre at all. Breakfast options were decent. Dinners at the restaurant were great & the sommelier was really good- she offered the best wine native to the region 😃 which I thoroughly enjoyed! Highly recommend 💯."

Facility was well-appointed but no frills (reminded me of a Club Quarters hotel) -- definitely catering to business travelers.
