"I booked a single bed on route to the city. I was warmly received at reception, quickly checked in and knew that I could reach out with questions about the city. The wifi worked, there was tea and coffee service and a nice bathroom. I would stay at this hotel again. "

"Room was comfortable. However, floorboards creaked with every step. Bed also very noisy with every movement. On-site parking is very limited. App required to pay for street parking not compatible with American cell phone. Parking ticket machines no longer accepts coins or cards. Hotel desk clerk did not appear very happy to assist guests, or maybe just us. Breakfast was very good. "

"Clean and conveniently located next to public free tram. The name can be confusing compared to "Novotel Kirchberg". Also, it is not easy to see "Novotel Suites" when the tram first drops you."

"Clean . Well equipped. well located. Payable In door parking ( a bit pricey). Very good and quick response customer service. Unfortunately our 3rd floor apartment shower hot water not working. We found out until at the night shower time. Luckily, office still got a guy in. He sort it out and swap the apartment down to 1st floor straight away. Other than that ,it was a lovely place to stay over in Luxembourg. "
