"It's a nice hotel with a view of lake. Staff were friendly and helpful. it is a nice hotel but we didn't have WiFi in our room and there was dust on bed and weird smell from bathroom. So it'd be perfect if they can fix those. Overall we had a nice stay "

"Possibly the only good hotel in Janakpur. It's about 2-2.5km from Janaki Temple. The property its facilities are good. However I had problems during check in where they didn't find my online reservation and after a lot of back and forth with the support staff, they did find it. I had paid online and it included free breakfast but the hotel refused saying they received a reservation which didn't include breakfast. "It is unfortunate that the hotel cancelled my accomodation after my reporting at the hotel on the appointed day. I had a confirmed booking at the hotel for 05 May 2019.
