"The customer services was amazing. Every staff that I connected with was so pleasant and I felt like they were family. I infomed front desk that I was there to create content for the New Year so my room was upgraded and I privided with a food and drink voucher. Thats what you call hospitality. "The room was very nice. When we walked into the hotel it had an odd smell. It smelled old, which the hotel itself is old but revamped. The bar was great and Joe the bartender was terrific. There are no ice machines on the floor. You have to go downstairs to get ice. The service was great. Requested extra towels and a blanket and it arrived within minutes. The bed was comfortable. We did not get to try breakfast but are planning a morning trip to try breakfast. "
