"We recently stayed at your property and noticed that the housekeeping standards have room for improvement. Upon check-in, there were issues with the cleanliness of the room, which was disappointing. Additionally, the room itself could benefit from better maintenance to enhance the overall guest experience. "Such an excellent, beautiful, clean and service oriented property....I am a regular traveler to different parts of the world but this is by far my best stay in all aspects... Benilium beach is 5 min walk and is very clean....hotel offers free shuttle service also to the beach...meals spread is amazing and the kind of service they focus on is commendable...highly recommend...."

"I had an amazing stay at Beleza which is located right next to an amazing beach. The buffet breakfast has a great range of indian and continental dishes and staff are friendly throughout. The resort has a chilled energy which is great for relaxing and I felt very safe and looked after as a solo traveller. I would recommend the spa for their signature massage. Taxi and dinner prices can be a little pricey but useful if not leaving the resort."
