"Lovely hotel just don’t book it through Expedia. We stayed with our 14 year old child to be told that Expedia had told the hotel she was 12 months old so there was only a cot for her to sleep in! Had to pay an extra £150 for her to stay and sleep on a sofa bed. "

"I’ve enjoyed my holiday at Gran Bali hotel Benidorm. Cleanliness and comfort. Given a sea view as requested and the view and room were very pleasant Restaurant was clean and staff helpful if needed. Only issue was the long queues to buy a drink in the island bar. Especially in the late afternoon. Only 1 staff making coffees. Cocktails and other drinks taking time before you can be served. I can imagine this will be worse when hotel full. Staff were pleasant though. No signs to say where the spa...
