Receptionist very helpful and printed off our Ryanair boarding passes.Even though he was very busy 96 rooms booked on the night. " Beautiful hotel offering everything I needed. It is well located a 4 minute walk from the train station, and a qui k stroll to the centre of town. Friendly and helpful staff, clean and quiet. Coffee is very good and breakfast acceptable but certainly not exceptional. Would stay here agin without thinking about it."

"When I was arrived, hard to fine the front desk. All the information was written in Italian. The room was not clean, unprepared, and covered with dust and dirts. Only thing I was impressed was the kindness of the staff. Additionally, the hotel restaurant wasgot Michelin ONE star."
