"Overall a nice stay, room is clean and comfortable and the staff are lovely, really polite and helpful. It's only lost a star for me because the gym isn't really a gym, it's a treadmill and cross trainer in reception but the treadmill wasn't even working during my stay. Also it would have been helpful for the hotel to provide instructions on where the parking is as I struggled to locate it, and this made arrival to the hotel a little stressful."

"We had dined at the hotel a few years ago and the food had been excellent then. The present owners are building up their reputation. The room we stayed in was a good size and the bathroom well equipped with hairdryer, magnifying mirror (handy for make up which so few hotels or b & b's seem to factor in)although no tea and coffee facility in the room, which some places do provide nowadays. We ate there in the evening - we chose the 19e for 3 courses - the a la carte menu being a bit pricey. I...
