"Uncomfortable worn out bed, slippery tiles outside the front door to the unit, poor soundproofing, no through ventilation in room, very unpleasant experience."

"The grounds are beautiful and the staff is friendly. The food was great. The outdoor pool was being filled but the indoor pool was warm. The chalet was clean. One of the beds was broken but I forgot to mention it. There were bats in the chalet but that's to be expected with thatch. The kids loved the trampolines and the little playground was pretty fun too. It was not a busy time so it took a while for someone to let us in the gate, and the staff went home before we put in our dinner order the...
