"The hotel is in a good location, very walkable to the popular sights. The bed was very comfortable. Lovely L'Occitane products in the bathroom. I ordered room service and although the food was very tasty it was only lukewarm. It arrived from the kitchen with no covers over the plates."

"Whilst the hotel is a couple of miles from the city centre, the bus service was very good & right outside - the free voucher was much appreciated. Only suggestion would be better coffee in the room, either a nespresso machine (or similar) or even just coffee bags. "

A few things prevented it from being a 5-star experience unfortunately: - Purposely 'dumbed down' Smart TV in the room: upon switch-on, the screen displayed 'Samsung Smart TV' but it just had Freeview with the majority of channels missing.
