"Staying at Villa Pulejo is a unique experience in like staying in a historical masterpiece. The facilities were modernized but you can still visualize the grandeur this mansion was built for. Walking around the grounds we found treasures like the centuries old magnolia trees, meticulously kept garden and the original horse stable. Staff went above and beyond without smothering you. Fruits came from groves on property. We will cherish memories made during our 9 days stay. "

The staff is so accommodating and wonderful - they are there to help you with anything you need and are always polite and cheerful. Rooms are absolutely beautiful and they keep them clean! "The beach is nice and clean but the hotel close it for guest use from 8 pm to 7 am The property condition is poor - broken tile, outdated furniture, broken bathroom fixtures, no safe in the room, etc. At arrival I had to wait one hour before they check in a large group of guests. "Generally a bit shabby, carpets in public areas needed a deep clean. Staff were helpful, English not generally spoken. Satisfactory for one night stay but more would have been a challenge."
