"Hotel is practical for business travellers - no significant sights so if you are a tourist you will find more charming places in the hills near Piacenza. I was to late in arrival to try their evening restaurant. It looks more like a breakfast restaurant ie not particularly “cosy” My room was well clean-keep in mind hotels cleanliness is generally very good in Italy. If not, they loose clients and ultimately close. "

"Really disturbed night of sleep, constantly bitten by mosquitoes and the rooms was so dusty, no window to get fresh air in. Im asthmatic so this played havoc wuth my breathing a total lack of sleep. They need to air these rooms out! Also no iron at hotel? Really"

"I stayed for business, the hotel is in great condition and the place is very clean. The desk gets to be a bit overcrowded at times. My biggest issue was that the air conditioning did not do much (typical Italian Hotel). It was quite warm and my room was too hot. People are very friendly and I will definitely keep this place in mind for future trips outside of Summer."

"We arrived at 10pm, the third bed wasn’t ready and we had to wait for 45mn for them to install it. Breakfast was terrible and the spa was closed. The hotel doesn’t worth the price, neither it’s stars. It’s more an hotel for business meetings."
