"For a recent trip to Beirut, we stayed at this hotel due to convenience of the location. The room was sufficient and had a good amount of space. The property is off the side of the main road and therefore no view of the ocean except a peekaboo view. Most of the staff were super friendly and helpful. We felt a bit conned by the restaurant staff who overcharged us for breakfast one of the days. Be sure to ask for exactly what you want and how much it will cost to avoid unnecessary costs. "A few minutes after I booked the reservation, I get a direct message from the hotel through the app saying unfortunately we can’t host you due to unforeseen circumstances. They asked me to cancel the reservation from my end which involves a long and tedious process. The intermediary app kept calling the hotel asking them to confirm that they are indeed asking me to cancel, and they denied it.
