"We booked 2 rooms for 8 nights, amazing experience! Spacious room with big shower and big balcony which was nice! Reception staff and cleaners were VERY friendly, always got a smile and a hello! Food was incredible, always a great selection for everyone. Loads of activities down at the beach and on hotel grounds. 15 min walk from big water park which was great fun! "When I arrived, I was advised there was no parking in the area and I had to search for places to receive me. I parked by the Piran Walls and walked 35 minutes to the property. Azra was very friendly and assisted my check-in. My room was not clean when I walked in, and was assigned another afterwards. I was told I’d receive a breakfast box since I was departing very early in the AM, but did not receive it. It was a good stay overall, but the staff need to assist more before sending customers away...
