"This is our 4th stay after many yrs ago. The tea/coffee sachet n tissues were not replenished on the 2nd day. We had 2rooms and both were not replenished. If this is their policy then thats a minus. Their beds are all singles n no double or king bed. "

"Had an issue with my room where the air con had a slow drip. Spoke to the receptionist, who advised the maintenance was not available so if I wanted to change the room. Was happy to do so and actually gave me a better room than I had. Great customer service! The original room did look a bit run down whereas the new room looked new and well kitted out."
