"This Hotel is suffering from a lack of personnel. I arrived at the hotel prior to the stated check-in time, however was surprised to find that there was no receptionist and the hotel was completely closed. Calling the phone number on the door didn't resolve anything as it went to a voicemail box. "Heavy bedding even though summer. Room windows had been left open by staff during day and lot of little flying insects (mozzies) had got in when returned to room at night. Tea/coffee facilities, fridge and some bathroom shampoos and soaps would have been nice for such a high rated hotel. Staff pleasant enough on checkin. "

"Arrived to a sign in reception saying it is not manned and to ring the bell. Someone came after a short wait and booked me in. I paid extra for breakfast and was told my room was upstairs with key in the door. 2 flights of stairs and the room was clean and tidy. "Das Hotel hat einen deutlichen Renovierungsrückstau. Ausgerissene Sonnensegel, abgeplatzte Fliesen im Poolbereich. Die Küche war nur mäßig. Die Straße ist sehr laut, wenn man im Sommer das Fenster geöffnet lassen möchte. Wir hatten aber auch ein Zimmer seitlich zur Straße hin. Zum Tal ausgerichtet kann dies leiser sein. "
