"I booked this hotel because it had a restaurant. During my 4 day stay there was a coach trip in the hotel and this took over the restaurant with a buffet for the coach trip. There was no restaurant menu for the other guests and this was very disappointing."

"The spa area wasn’t up to scratch - dirty even first thing in the morning with used towels in the changing rooms, no one on duty, no shower gel etc. That was the only downside though - the rest of the hotel was great: lovely room, nice staff, well presented. "

"Amazing location not too far from the Aachen CHIO Horse show. We loved the amenities (pool was excellent) and the breakfast buffet. Rooms are spacious and bed very comfortable. Wish we could have stay longer. We will come back next year. "

"Excellent modern hotel in a very central location, perhaps a bit too swish. Excellent views form the rooftop restaurant of the old city of Aachen. Only snag was that air conditioner switched automatically on as soon as I left the room chilling it to fridge-like conditions. A little on the pricey side, but quality and location do justify it."

"Perfect location, very lovely staff and a great breakfast too. What more could you ask. There is a supermarket just 2 doors away "ah" = Albert Heijn The room we had 582 was magic, a window opening to the main square and such beautiful views of the church and 50 metres from the main street with hundreds of shops there and in every side street.
