"Pros: Very beautiful and clean hotel. Staff were very friendly and understanding. They were very helpful with regards to any extra amenities we needed, and were also available at all hours of the day. Cons: Room service wasn’t working in the entire hotel. However, everything else was environmentally friendly. A lot of little things designed for form rather than function, particularly reading lamps that look nice but are so low to the bedside tables as to be useless for reading, so still have to leave very bright overhead on.
