"I really wanted to give this hotel 5 stars but felt it wouldn’t be fair. Here is a detailed review: hotel reception and facilities all get 5 stars. The restaurant has good selection of food options and quality is high but they charge 4.5 euros for tap water so 4 stars for the restaurant. I understand that this happens in Austria but in such up market hotel I expected better. They were generous with fruits and we found apple everywhere. The cafe was brilliant after ski. "The room was great! Floors were heated, large bathroom and bedroom. Amazing views out the windows! The facility has two restaurants that are great, the spa is amazing! They give you robes and everyone in the hotel stays in them most of the day. The underground to the theme pools is awesome! This was an amazing place to stay! Right in the middle of old town and Christmas markets!"

"Great stay, staff were friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. Beautiful, walkable area. I would stay again! Only downside is Parking is slightly inconvenient as its not on the property but about 1-2 blocks away. If its busy its tricky to park for check in. "

"Terrible hotel. Don’t stay here. Checkin stated as from 3pm. Room not ready till 5pm even when travelling with two small children. Hotel staff told me that our room could be available from 3pm and it was their choice when it would be available - it took me getting rather frustrated for 10 minutes before they said that they apologised. Room quality really poor, food really poor, hotel al tired and staff overall poor. Don’t stay here"
