"My 5th time (nights) in this hotel from different trips. First night found a bottle of water. Extended a night n no water the next day. Went away n came back fir one more night n no water as well. A tiny weeny disappointed. Still a great place to stay. Small details count. Otherwise a great place to stay."

"Beautiful hotel. This hotel is from another era but completely renovated and impeccably maintained. Beautiful property, photos probably don’t do it justice. Spa is also very, very nice. Breakfast buffet was also incredible and included with the room. Views on the outdoor veranda are beautiful too. Do yourself a favor and stay here. The surrounding area is also quite beautiful. Lots of upscale shopping and restaurants. "

"Everything was OK! But the best thing was the stuff working there!The only bad thing there, were the prices in the lobby bar, far to high! But this isn't a big problem, there are plenty of bars around, so, one have only step out of the hotel! "

"Lovely hotel, good breakfast. Only complaint was the extra bed in our room for our son was awful. Really creaky with a wafer thin mattress. Other than that would recommend, nice area with lots of restaurants in walking distance."

"Amazing place, superb breakfast Flawlessly clean"

"Nice and unique hotel in an amazing small old town. The hotel is really cute! PLEASE NOTE: if you put the hotel name in Google maps, it will most likely take you through a 7km forest gravel road, not very safe to drive there at night. The road is beautiful in the morning. This should definitely be in the hotel description. You can come from another side of Kastav, just put the city center in the navigation app. Food is good, but expensive for this location. "

"The staff was fantastic. It was all very newly renovated and so charming . The location was great and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It did have many steps which may not work for elderly or disabled, however staff carried luggage for us. They were wonderful and I definitely enjoy this place again !"

"Pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Room was large and very clean. We paid extra for a room with a terrace and a view and wished we had just gotten a basic room. The room was on the first floor and traffic noise from the street below made the terrace unpleasant. We also were at the far end and there was very little water view. "The manager at the front desk is terrible. We witnessed problems with other guests and had a very unprofessional attitude. At one point he tried to persuade my wife that in this hotel a king bed is considered 2 singles pushed together. The rest of the staff were excellent. "

"An unbelievable Gem of a hotel! Your room is literally right on the water! We enjoyed hearing the waves as we fell asleep. Free surface parking and a delicious breakfast. Would definitely stay here again!!!!"
