"It is small enough to be cozy but large enough to have a good level of service. It was convenient to my destination and close to the main highway. I arrived on a Sunday afternoon and the key was at the front desk waiting for me. The room was very clean and everything was in good condition. It was a comfortable bed. "Personal sehr um den Gast bemüht, alles wird auf Wunsch organisiert. Minuspunkte: Einige Lampen im Zimmer scheinen schon länger nicht mehr zu funktionieren (Kastenbeleuchtung), TV Empfang zeitweise stark gestört. Ansonsten exzellentes Hotel (Weinverkostung, traumhafte Lage, erstklassiges Frühstücksbuffet). Ober Preisklasse."

"Staff was very nice allowed us having dinner after close time at 8PM. However, we travelled for business and this is not a right choice for it. I booked 5 weeks in advanced and got a disabled room with explanation this is the only available room. After several discussion with receptionist they change the room for me, but at first glance they don't have any other room. The 2nd room I got was much bigger, but heating system was generating noise so had to turn it off. room was very cold then....
